30 grams of medium-grind coffee (grind 20 on Baratza Encore grinder)
400 grams of water
Place Bee House ceramic coffee dripper over coffee mug. Line with #2 white coffee filter. Put coffee into dripper.
Pour water at about 200°F over coffee, being as fussy about pouring in circles, etc. as you wish.
