3/4 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sliced scallions
3 tablespoons. finely chopped fresh dill
1 lemon, zested with microplane
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, scallions, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, and garlic in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Chill 2 hours or up to 3 days. Serve with fresh vegetables such as carrots, celery, or strips of sweet red pepper. (Or chips.)
