Baked Tortilla Chips

July 13, 2016 Gran

From a Blue Apron video, How to Make Incredible Guacamole and Tortilla Chips.

Take a stack of 8 small fresh corn tortillas from the package they came in.  Cut the whole stack into 6 triangles.  Dump them on a baking sheet.  Drizzle them with a little olive oil and salt.  Pop them into the oven at 350°F for about 10-15 minutes until they’re golden brown.

Repeat as desired.

You will need a lot of tortillas because these are pretty much irresistible, especially if you have some delicious homemade salsa and/or guacamole too.

If all you have are frozen tortillas, you have two choices: give the frozen tortillas several hours to defrost before you make this recipe, or open a bag of Tostidos® Original Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips.
